Signup for the Disaster Recovery Data Vault service
To signup for this service, you must already be a ScanSafeData user.
Once you sign up, you will receive an email within two business days that contains your unique username and password for the Data Vault service.
ScanSafeData email
Your ScanSafeData email is the one you used when you first purchased ScanSafeData. You used it when you first entered in your license information. If you are not sure what it is, just start up your copy of ScanSafeData and from the menu select "Options > "About Us" and then click the "User Info" tab. Alternatively, you can contact the ScanSafeData distributer from whom you purchased the software.
Forgot Your Info?
If you have forgotten your login information to the Disaster Recovery Data Vault service, just enter the email you use for ScanSafeData into the form below. You will be emailed your Data Vault username and password.
