"I don't know about anybody else, but I have no clue where all my old health information is. I don't have it and I don't know where to get it. But now I know how important it is to keep it. I guess I'll start with my current doctor and see how far I get. I just hope I can find it in time to go on this vacation. It's supposed to be the trip of a lifetime and I don't want to miss it just because I can't get a visa because I didn't keep track of old medical records. From now on you can bet I'll do a better job of holding on to this type of thing."
